What does the client process look like?
Tax Return Preparation:
Clients activate their secure portal and sign the engagement letter. After paying a $100 setup fee (credited toward the first invoice), they complete a customized Tax Organizer and Checklist. Upon receiving all required documents, we begin preparation within 2–4 weeks, provide a draft for review, and finalize the return after answering questions. Completed returns and tax documents are securely stored in the portal for future access.
Tax Planning & Consulting:
Clients can schedule consultations with Luke to address various topics, including business setup, tax-saving strategies, and retirement planning. We encourage clients to upload documents and questions at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Fees and Billing
How do you charge for your services?
Tax Return Preparation: Fees vary depending on the number and complexity of forms and typically range from $1,000 to $3,000.
Tax Planning & Consulting: Billed at $400 per hour in 15-minute increments, with a 30-minute minimum.
Are there additional fees for questions or inquiries?
We address quick questions free of charge. We may recommend scheduling a consulting session for complex inquiries requiring over 10 minutes.

What is your turn-around time for tax preparation?
We typically finalize tax returns within 2–3 weeks of receiving all required documents.
What are your internal deadlines for tax filings?
Individual, Estate, & Trust Taxes (Forms 1040 & 1041):
Upload documents by March 5 to meet the April 15 deadline. Late submissions incur a $500 expediting fee.Business Taxes (Forms 1065 & 1120S):
